What is Wellness Partners?

Wellness Partners is a multidisciplinary wellness clinic offering mental health therapy and integrative wellness services. Our approach is collaborative, client-centered, and focused on whole-person care.

Therapy Services
What types of therapy do you offer?

We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Our clinicians work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, burnout, and life transitions.

What does a typical therapy session look like?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Therapy is tailored to your goals and may include talk therapy, skill-building, psychoeducation, and evidence-based interventions.

How long will I need to be in therapy?

The length of therapy varies. Some clients benefit from short-term, goal-focused therapy, while others choose longer-term support.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments can be requested through our website, by phone, or by email.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is required unless your insurance plan specifically requires one.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

Your first session is an opportunity to discuss what brings you in, review relevant history, and begin setting goals with your therapist.

Insurance & Payment
Do you accept insurance?

We accept select insurance plans. Coverage varies by provider and service. We will bill your insurance as a courtesy after each appointment, however it is your responsibility to understand your insurance coverage and your financial obligation.

What if you don’t accept my insurance?

We offer self-pay options and can provide a superbill for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement.

When is payment due?

Payment information is securely stored in our electronic health record system and payment will be charged at the end of the day of each session.

Telehealth & In-Person Care
Do you offer telehealth sessions?

Yes. Secure telehealth sessions are available for clients located in states where our clinicians are licensed.

Can I switch between in-person and telehealth?

Yes, depending on clinician availability and clinical appropriateness.

Policies & Confidentiality
Is therapy confidential?

Yes. All services are confidential, with limited exceptions required by law (such as concerns about safety).

What is your cancellation policy?

We require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Please refer to your intake paperwork for specific timeframes.

Yes. Wellness Partners also offers integrative wellness services, which may include massage therapy and other supportive care. Availability varies by provider.

Fit & Care Team
How do I know if my therapist is the right fit?

A strong therapeutic relationship is important. If at any time you feel a different provider may be a better fit, we are happy to discuss options.

Do you work with interns or clinicians in training?

Some services may be provided by supervised clinicians at a reduced rate, when available.

Location & Accessibility
Where are you located?

Our office is located at 1317 West Jefferson St. in Boise, Idaho. There is a small parking lot,  however free all day and two hour street parking is available on nearby streets. Handicap parking and entry is available.

Do you offer evening appointments?

Some clinicians offer evening availability. Please inquire when scheduling.
